Policies Overview
Onsite Diagnostic & Repair
A technician will visit your location to diagnose and repair equipment. Service fees may apply and will be quoted based on the scope of work.
In-Shop Repair
Equipment is brought to our shop for diagnosis and repair. A diagnostic fee may apply, and you will be contacted with a quote before any work is completed.
Remote Services & Troubleshooting
We provide remote support to quickly diagnose and resolve issues without an onsite visit when possible. Charges may apply based on time and complexity.
Travel Policy
A travel fee of $40 applies for destinations outside of Fresno and Clovis, anything outside a 30-mile radius. Additionals miles will be charged at a rate of $1.50 per mile.
Destination Limitation
Our services extend exclusively to commercial offices; we do not provide services to residential homes.
